Specialist for thread vein removal?

Could anyone recommend a specialist or clinic that they have used for having thread veins removed? They aren't super awful but increasingly noticeable around the fold of my knee and I am becoming a bit self conscious about wearing skirts and dresses.

Hello, try Professor Ian Loftus who runs a clinic from Parkside and London Bridge Hospital. He removed my (very hefty!) varicose veins last year and did a fantastic job. He also deals with thread veins too.
