Does anyone have a teemage daughter who has had hair removal using laser therapy. My daughter is nearly sixteen and is keen to have it done. She has very dark hair and finds wearing swimwear uncomfortable. I know that some places will do it with a waiver from me but I am keen to know if anyone's daughter around that age has had it and how they coped with it? Any personal recommendations would also me great. Thanks.

My 18 year old daughter is having laser hair removal at Elite Treatments on Bedford Hill, Balham and is very happy with the treatment and results. Your daughter will need to have a trial patch done to make sure she doesn't have any adverse reaction before starting treatment.
Your daughter being a bit younger may feel a bit awkward about having treatment. Just normalise it it's not a big deal and means she won't have all the hassle with hair removal as she gets older. You'll probably have to attend appointments with her, so you can help her relax and not get stressed about it.
