I have been using Kasia's cleaning service for an elderly relative for around three years now. Kasia herself has been most helpful and understanding of the needs of an older person. She is very easy to deal with, friendly and personable and tries her utmost to meet her clients' requirements. We have had two different cleaners over this time, both very good. One in particular, Joanna, I would describe as outstanding in both the care and attention to her work and her attitude towards my relative.
I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

I have been using Kasia's cleaning services on a regular basis for over 7 years and have therefore recommended her and her team to my neighbours who are also on her books. In all that time, I have only had 2 cleaners which shows the great consistency for the client but also a great compliment to Kasia as an employer. Kasia and her team are amazing, she is always on hand to help and sort out any issues, although they are greatly mitigated as she matches you to a cleaner that will suit you and your household. I have always been able to reach her and she is very responsive, she really takes the stress out of finding a new cleaner and sends a replacement if there are any cancellations. I’m super pleased and have been with this cleaning company for 14 years now. I would highly recommend giving her a call if you are looking for a new cleaner.

We've been using Kasia and her crew for a few months now, and have been extremely happy with the results. We really like the thoroughness with which our regular cleaner Iza cleans the house, and have found that Kasia is always great at finding replacement cleaners at short notice in case of illness or issues; we were also very happy with Daria, who Kasia sent in for a few weeks recently when Iza was ill.
