Full-time creche near Wandsworth Common?

Postby JC75 » Tue Nov 17, 2009 2:58 pm

Apologies if you have seen this question a thousand times but its my first time using this fantastic and useful website!

We are moving to Wandsworth Common in Dec and seeking a fulltime creche for our 18 month old son as we both work.
Any recommendations appreciated!!
Thanks
Jacqs

Hi
Thanks for the question and welcome to NappyValleyNet!

Are you looking for a daycare nursery or a childminder? Depending on what you want we might be able to help! :D

Kids Unlimited is near Wandsworth Common and it looks very nice, new, spacious and clean. I would send my Son there but it's a bit far away from me

Hi,

We live just off Wandsworth Common and both our children 3 and one and a half year old go to Second Steps in Ravenslea Road. It is a fantastic nursery, privately owned and my children have been going there since they were both one. Funnily enough I started my eldest at Kids unlimited when we lived near there and didn't really rate it as it is a big chain with lots of temporary staff. Second Steps is really lovely. Very nurturing and they take the children swimming and on trips and hardly ever have temporary staff. Good luck. :)

Thanks so much for your replies. I will check out Second Steps...

I have viewed Kids Unlimited and whilst clean and organised it seemed to be lacking some "soul"?

Thanks again guys xx
