Park Mobile Wandsworth - PARKING TICKET!!!

Am so cross...

Rang Park Mobile to pay for parking and returned 2 hours later to find a parking ticket.

Now, whilst I may have pressed the wrong buttons (unlikely but just bare with me!), has anyone else had this where they have dialled through but then not been covered?

My phone registers that I called at 9.13am...

Is it worth fighting the ticket?

This has happened to me and it turned out the warden had made a mistake. Just phone Park Mobile to check that you put the correct code in etc and they will sort it out for you if you have and send you a text once it's sorted.

The same happened to me. I just appealed the ticket saying I had paid via park mobile and the council checked with park mobile and they retracted the ticket. Good luck.

Same happened to me and I appealed and they accepted it - although letter had usual stern tone of we'll do it this time only etc etc but at least i got my money back!

I'm always nervous of this happening.
For future reference you can go online to your park mobile account and set it so that you are sent a confirmation email when you activate parking. Extra proof incase this happens again.
Good luck appealing this ticket.
