Put on your dancing shoes, and twirl across the globe with classical guitarist AmandaCook and pianist Miaomiao Yu. Spanish flamenco, Peruvian folk dance, Chinese court dance, South American tangos, Chopin Waltzes, and a Boccherini Fandango...
Classical Guitarist Amanda Cook has given concerts around the world, sat on international competition juries, and has been interviewed by and performed on Women's Hour. Together with pianist Miaomiao Yu, they will draw you into their world of irresistible rhythms. Feel the passion, sense the elegance, and dance up a storm.
Join us for a monthly event in Clapham or check our website for more concerts in Borough, Dulwich and Greenwich. The concerts are one hour long and are designed for babies and children of all ages and their carers. The idea of the concerts is that the babies are allowed to sit and listen or move around if they wish. It's about allowing the babies to do what they need to do, but at the same time, giving them an opportunity to listen to great music. The concerts are also for mums and carers to take a moment for themselves - enjoying top quality music performed by professional concert artists - with their babes in tow.
Next concert in Clapham: Fri. Dec. 16th, featuring the Four Seasons of Vivaldi, and the Four Seasons of Buenos Aires, Piazzolla. We'll also be gathering around the piano for a jolly sing along of your favourite Christmas Carols.
