IFA Recommendation - Financial Planning, Pensions etc Post Reply

Hello - I'd be very grateful for any IFA recommendations. I'd like to get a proper grip on my personal finances, pensions etc. I'm not sure where to start, but hopefully an IFA may be able to to help with a financial review/health check.

Unless your affairs are unusually complicated it's not rocket science, it just needs some basic knowledge, experience and decent admin.   Try Killik on Northcote Road.  The firm has been around for years, in my experience handles all those sort of things well and above all offers decent coffee in the branch.

My Mum uses Thomas Tyndall they are based in Westminster, I can't speak highly enough of them as my Dad had his investments tied up in different places over the years. He passed away last year and my Mum was getting really worried about how to deal with the finances, she's has never been great with numbers, even more so now as she gets older. They put her mind at rest and were incredibly kind and helpful, took her through step by step, even offered to come to the house and go through everything.

I use Jaips Rekhi and he has been very helpful.He tries to understand what you are trying to achieve and then makes recommendations for you to decide upon.
Whilst affiliated to a City firm, he is local - based in Balham.
