Room available in family house

Hi, we are letting out the spare room in our lovely spacious home in Streatham Common conservation area. All mod cons. We are a family of four, including two teenage (and tame) girls. We both work, sometimes from home. Surrounded by green areas, Amenities within 5 minutes. Direct train services to Balham, Clapham Junction and Victoria. Numerous bus services.
