Short Let urgently needed Post Reply

Hi

We have just moved into a our home but it is about to be renovated and we need to move out after Easter for minimum 2 months.

Our let we had arranged has fallen through. Does anyone have anything available - 2 plus bedrooms.

We're desperate!

Have you looked on Gumtree? I saw a few short lets on there earlier today. We will need a short let for the same reason as you but not until May. Seems it's too early for us to confirm anything as apparently shorts lets tend to be very last minute - so on that note, hopefully you'll be in luck finding something!

Suzy K's suggestion about Gumtree is a good one as we found some temp accomodation on there for the same reason. I think we also saved a lot by avoiding agencies and we got lucky by having a super landlord. Rather frought finding a property though so good luck!
