Jane runs classes on Saturdays too - at It's a Kid's Thing in Earlsfield. I did postnatal and have gone on to do Body Back and Pilates Flow and if we have another, I'll definitely do pregnancy pilates with her. I love her classes and love the way that I can bring my son with me too.
I'm pretty sure Michelle teaches Saturdays, rather than Jane though. I think they are 9:15 to 10, with the Pilates Flow class 10 to 11. Best thing is that my son can play for free with his daddy while I'm exercising!

I have been attending Jane Wake's classes for the last 4 years. They are absolutely fab. I started her antenatal classes when I was newly pregnant with my son (now 3.5 years) and moved onto the postnatal classes a few weeks after birth. I now also have a 22 month old and regularly attend her evening pilates flow class and body back class (spinning/ toning combo). Jane herself and all the girls that work for her are lovely and I can't thank them enough for helping me to fix my back issues following pregnancy. I am more toned than I was before having the children and have a much healthier attitude to exercise ( I used to be a gym member but not really do anything while I was there!) :D

Ooh, more praise for Jane. Trouble is that Earlsfield is a long way out of my way <lazy> and 6.30 on a weekday is too early for me to leave work...

will definitely bear her in mind for later on in pregnancy though (hopefully work hours will ease up once I tell them I am pregnant and start to get larger!) and also for post natal. She does sound great.

Thanks again all!
