PND, or bad hair/nappy/everything day?

Postby kathy yvanovich » Thu Sep 10, 2009 3:30 pm

If you just say No to the drug options
and want someone else to talk to that isn't a "friend",
maybe I could help you feel better, happier, more motivated.
My name's Kathy and you can see me at

I work all over the South London area, do home visits as well as see people in health centres.
Reaching out to you that need me...

I just am still hounded by the thought of the mother smothering her babies in Wandsworth this week and assuming it was post natal depression I just wanted to post something to let people know that they can contact the charity Mind for help http://www.mind.org.uk/help/diagnoses_a ... depression or phone 0300 123 3393
Or go and see their GP, it is terrible to think women are suffering in silence or think that they are a bad mother for not bonding with their baby. There are lots of people out there who want to help, so please let them help.
I saw this post also so thought it was worth highlighting again too.

I'm not surprised women are reluctant to see their GP when they are struggling, having read the ordeal Lucy Allan went through.
