Brilliant Interior Designer- thrilled with results!

Just wanted to recommend a Designer (Karen from London Property Makeover) who has just completed some work on our living room.

She was originally recommended to me by a friend who met her at an Interior Design class. Karen is enthusiastic and came up with so many ideas that myself and my husband would never have considered. We've just completed and extension on our home and she steered us away from the white/ beiges that we had had for years and I'm thrilled with the results!

I have also found Karen to be excellent in terms of design. She helped me to transform my living room with clever ideas and space and sourced lots of furniture from places I had never considered before. I thoroughly recommend her.

Out of curiosity how much does it roughly cost eg. for a living room and how does it work? Thank you!

I found the prices to be really reasonable. We agreed a budget and it was based on a daily rate. We were given a scope of work document so we knew exactly what would be done by when and all the deadlines were met.

We showed some of the images we liked at the start of the project and then Karen simply picked it up and ran with it. She checked in with us at regular intervals to make sure we were happy with certain designs.

She introduced us to a few new places to buy different pieces for the home so were we really pleased and recommended London Property Makeover to several of our friends. Probably worth contacting Karen direct and asking her to do a consultation for your living room to get accurate costs.

I had a similar experience - we agreed the costs upfront and it was based on an hourly rate. I hadn't used an Interior Designer before either. I thought it was really good value for money for the number of ideas.
