Wednesday July 4th and Wednesday July 11th at the reCentre-health

Antenatal: Two sessions
Birth and the first week:
Getting off to a good start in hospital
The first few days at home.

Postnatal: Two Taster sessions
You and your new baby: Getting breastfeeding going and making enough milk
Daily life (and nights!) with your new baby
