reliable computer support needed urgently!

Can you recommend someone reliable and friendly who can help me with my occasional computer support needs. A business I work with is also looking for new computer support as our computer whizz is no longer in the area.

My urgent problem is that Outlook is downloading 65000 messages (have got to 9000 so far!!) and isn't showing any signs of wanting to stop. Nightmare! Any ideas/help would be most welcome.

have you tried scooter computer - they have always been great with us.
