Bad back after child birth Post Reply

Hi there
Don't post very often so hoping this is in the right place.
I recently gave birth to a beautiful little girl, however now I seem to have shocking back problems which make me feel like very old woman. Thanks to my private medical insurance I managed to get a MRI scan, the results found I had probable L5 S1 degeneration, basically dehydrated disk in my lower back. I am currently going to the chiropractor on a weekly basis but don't fell like this is helping. Would like to try a physio or osteopath, Can anyone recommend one?
Also think I need to get myself a really good mattress, any suggestions?

I had back pain for long time after gave birth to our first son. Luckily I was referred to a very good osteopath through NHS in Chelsea. He does have a private practice in Greenwich. Am not sure if it is too far for you or not.

TEMPUR Mattresses are the best - pricey, but worth every penny!
My husband has a terrible back and it's worked wonders.

I can recommend a lovely osteopath in Twickenham. His name is Jonathanand he runs Evolved Clnic. When I had my son hedid wonders for my back (and body in general).

There's a great Osteopath in Teddington - I used them while I was pregnant, and I thought the treatment and their customer service was top notch!
