I don't know much about any other diet plans delivered to your door, but I have used the Jane Plan earlier this year and I lost over a stone and felt great.
I loved the lasagne and other Italian menus in the range. The salads were delicious and even my husband liked them so I ordered an extra few tins for him.

Its easy to follow, easy to manage around a busy lifestyle and Jane was just a phone call away should I feel myself wavering. I think the one thing that has been missed from this discussion is the personal touch Jane provides. She is a great mentor and coach during your weight loss and I would recommend her services to anyone.

If you are unsure if this programme is for you I'm sure just buying a few weeks of food will be enough for you to see what it's like and if its for you. If not for you then you haven't spent too much money and I'm sure there will be plenty of Jane Plan followers who you can pass any un-eaten meals too. As its been said before its one of the cheapest around so it won't break the bank.

Good luck with your weight loss. I hope u get to your goal.

I am also a vegetarian and tried the Janeplan. For me it was just not nice tasting but I'm not saying that's what everyone would feel.

The pasta was VERY high calorie and so I felt like I could make a less calorie pasta and more of it!

The breakfasts were just not sufficient either. I think a lot of diets work better when you eat meat.

I also figured that looking after two children I just couldn't last on the extremely small meals, I just didn't have enough energy.

Slimming world is upposed to be amazing but again as a vegetarian it's a tough diet to do. WW probably works the best.

Hi everybody

Thought I would keep you updated on my Jane Plan diet.
Have been off the plan now for a few weeks and have tried my hardest to keep the weight off. Going to order a week just to get me fully into shape for Christmas festivities.

Back on board the plan full time in January, convinient for going back to work saves me having to worry about what to cook and stops me popping out and buying bad things.

Still fully supportive of Jane Plan :)

Dear Medway - I want to support JanePlan on several levels. Delicious food, easy to get things changed if a selection doesn't suit you for any reason. Absolutely fantastic support, both up front in terms of understanding your goals & how food fits with your own life and also during the JanePlan when you may have a blip or a change in lifestyle or anything really. The price is amazing too. And I'd say that Jane is hard working and highly ethical. I first did JanePlan almost 2 years ago (very successfully) and have since met & worked with Jane on other matters. She strikes me as a person of compassion and integrity. I have nothing but the highest praise for the customer service she provides, for the product itself and for her as a person. I hope that this feedback helps you put Jane & her business in context.

Hi just come across this post. I have recently been on the Body Chef postal diet and lost a stone over 4 weeks. There are a number of programmes to choose from( low GI , vegetarian, "flat tummy diet" etc) I personally think the food is delicious- all freshly made .its not cheap ( approx 100 pounds a week but that's 3 meals a day) but for me it really did the trick
