Is this really Mrs Benson?
Just looked on the IBI ltd website and it would seem the person (Jane Munk) who posted the 'testimonial' below is actually a co-founder of the company???? And 'in charge of marketing'??? Genius!!!

I think I'll look elsewhere for an interior design practice!

I don't think she was pretending to be Mrs Benson - just using a client testimonial from her website to promote her company. Quite normal practice, no?

Well it does say 'client testimonial' with the quote in ' ' and Mrs Benson, London afterwards as one would usually write a client quote. Quite obvious i think!

I am sorry if you found the post misleading. I can assure you I was simply relaying what one of our clients had said about Isabel Ballardie Interiors.

Now that you have inserted "client testimonal" into the copy and revised layout of text - it's now clear. Jane - would it not have been more honest of you to state that you have amended the copy from the original posting? If I read your revised posting yesterday, I certainly wouldn't have bothered making the observation that it was misleading. And for that reason, I shall look else where for a Interior Designer
