Does anyone have any local recommendations for an electrician - just for a small job (fitting some pendant lamps)?

I've used Philip Messenger from Balham Electrical Services a few times now and been really pleased. He's professional, friendly and competitive (and understanding with small children running around!). He's been recommended lots on this site before and I can see why. Apparently if you mention nappyvalleynet you also get a 10% discount.

Just to say that Philip fitted our lights today - he has done a great job and was very professional but very friendly (and a big hit with my toddler). V good value too, so thoroughly recommended here as well!

You could try Ken at Armadillo Electrics on 07747 450188. NICEIC registered and great reviews on Checkatrade. His team also do general build, flooring and tiling.
