Smuggling the white stuff!!

Postby HighchairHostess » Wed Apr 10, 2013 10:05 am

Has anyone else noticed that the supermarket shelves seems to be regularly empty of Aptamil? Guess this is why... although suspect the news will now lead to panic buying!!! Off to Sainsbury's I go..... ;)

The panic buying is in full swing!

Since last Thursday, I have been trying to get hold of Cow and Gate Toddler Growing Up Milk for 1-2 year olds in powder form.

Have been to 15 shops as of this afternoon and no-one has any.

Does anyone know of anywhere in the Twickers/Teddington/Richmond/Kew area which may have any in stock, as we only have 1-2 days worth left.

I know my LO can have cows milk if the worst comes to the worst, but he adores this stuff which is unsurprising as it smells like the most divine vanilla milkshake imaginable.

Incidentally it needs to be the powder as the ready-made bottles upset his tummy.

Any help on sourcing some would be wonderful!

I'm presuming you've tried Tesco on Broad Street? I was in there yesterday and managed to get some Aptamil. It's like gold at the moment!

Thank you SO much for this. Got hold of my two "rationed" tins there yesterday!
