I would LOVE to join you! I did tap dancing with fancy footwork many years ago (don't think they do adult tap classes any more) but four children in the meantime has meant my tap shoes are gathering dust in the bottom of my wardrobe. I would love to dust them down and start shuffle ball changing again :D

I'd be interested too - evenings are better than weekends for me, but not Thursday, as my husband has orchestra rehearsal that night and I can't compete with that!

I too would be interested in adult dance classes - ballet, tap or contemporary dance. Please keep me on the mailing list for any information on the classes on offer.

Ok so I was asking about adult tap classes a year ago I see and, as is my wont, did absolutely clothing about it and don't even know whether VB dance managed to get a class started. In the last week I've mentioned the tapping-desire to two friends, both of whom leapt at the possibility. So, if anyone knows of any current classes, preferably in Balham, I'd love to know. Thanks

I can recommend the tap classes on a Tuesday evening at SFX College in Clapham South. My husband and I went to them a couple of years ago so we could do a tap dance as our first dance at our wedding. They are really informal and as it's part of the community education programme, they were really good value too.
