Momma Box - really fun fitness for mums

Hi guys, time to get that beach body ready! Come and join us at the following boxing sessions. Gloves and pads provided and you can purchase your own if you prefer. 1st trial session FREE. There are morning and evening classes for mummy's and you can bring your little ones if you need to. Evening classes also open to all . So you can fit classes around your schedule.

The sessions are pumped with great music and a variety of fitness levels and it's really good fun.The boxing is mixed up with a variety of aerobic and muscle toning bits and pieces and the hour goes really quickly!

Listed below are the timings , so what are you waiting for, COME & GET THOSE GLOVES ON!

Monday: Momma Box 10- 11am The Balham Bowls Club
Boxit2the Beat 6.30- 7.30pm The White Eagle (opposite The Re-Centre)

Wednesday: Momma Box 1- 2pm The Balham Bowls Club
Boxit2the Beat 7- 8pm The White Eagle (opposite The Re-Centre)

Prices for Momma Box is £8 without baby, with baby £10.
Boxit2the Beat £30 for 5 sessions
