recommendations re trampoline please

Postby newtosw18 » Mon May 06, 2013 10:00 pm

Hi,

We've got a good size garden and would love to buy a trampoline for the girls. Can anyone recommend a brand which will last long and is safe? Also need some help with sizing and any other tips will be very helpful.

Many thanks

Ive been looking around and I really like the TP ones from John Lewis. They look sturdy and have great safety aspects to them.
I've seen cheaper ones, but they really do just look a bit rickety in comparison.
We haven't bought ours yet, so not a personal review, but friends with the same really rate them - so that's what we're going for.

John Lewis looked great, but unbelievable mess when I ordered one before the Easter Holidays. Ordered online, they phoned to deliver twice, it never came. I had to call them all the time, eventually told it was a computer error and not even in stock! Was hard work getting a refund, and no proper apology so far!
Sorry, rant over, just shocked the service was so bad!
Ordered a great trampoline from www.nextdaytramplolines.co.uk
Does exactly what they imply, if you order before 10am it is delivered the next day! They called to organise a good delivery time which they stuck to.
Re size, depends on your garden and how much other space you need. We have a very small garden, but went with an 8 foot as 6 just looked too small when they grow so fast! There is lots if information online to look at regarding the number if springs and bounce difference etc.
Good luck and happy bouncing. I have 1 son who is hyperactive so it is a godsend!
