Birthday presents for 2 year olds

Postby Happy mummy !! » Thu May 09, 2013 11:43 am

I have a daughter who is about to turn 2 in a couple of weeks. People are very kindly asking me what she would like for her birthday- Unfortunately I don't seem to have any bright ideas so if anyone has any then please let me know. :D

My daughter recently turned two and enjoyed:

Puzzles (orchard are very good)
Play doh and accessories
Baby doll accessories: clothes, bottles, nappies
My Little Pony (although they come with lots of accessories she loves walking around with the pony and I just took the accessories away)
And books - can't get enough of them.

Hope that helps.

Pop-up playtent and/or tunnel.
Teaset and playfood, any sort of little cooker or playkitchen
Happyland sets of people/fairies/animals etc and buildings that go with them.
Aquadraw set
Anything related to a favourite tv show or book character? plate, cup, cutlery, clothes, books, dvds
Water/sand table and toys

books, definitely. A toy buggy if she doesn't have one? Toy cars (the ones that rev are particularly popular with my daughter), water toys...?

What about a princess fair dress outfit? Wands and tiaras are popular, mini pushchairs and babies...anything arts and crafts! Water/sand table...trampoline....

Our daughter turned 2 a couple of weeks ago. Her pressies as follows:

-ikea kitchenette and play food
-cinderella dress and tiara (she wants to wear it ALL the time!)
-cinderella doll
-peppa pig playset
-washable crayola felt tips and pad
-aquadoodle
-sticker book
-books (she especially loves a Pip & Posy book where Pip does a wee on the floor! Something about a 'puddle' in the title)
-disney princess potty (!)

She also loves her Beauty & the Beast, Cinderella and Lion King dvds (bad mum, but i have a new baby so these are a lifesaver later in the day when they are both tired ;) ).

Her absolute favourite toy which she takes everywhere is her baby annabel and buggy.

Hope that helps, happy shopping!
