Just responding to a few comments on here.
I have to echo the comments that NVN could be a brilliant alternative to estate agents in linking buyers to sellers...might be a few quid in it for Annabel if she plays her cards right
Secondly, I have to smile about the current obsession (and eagerness re this ad) regarding square meterage/footage. This is something we have only relatively recently adopted from the U.S. where size is all. I don't know if it's just me being old school but I find the feel/layout/usability/vibe of a property far more important than the "acreage". I probably shouldn't say this (friends on mine on the site - this is not applicable to any of your homes eek!) but period properties with vast, hangar like kitchen extensions at the expense of a garden the size of a rug and featureless, cold basements or loft extensions filled with miniscule bedrooms and minute en suites, all in the quest for the holy grail of bedrooms/bathrooms/sq.m. leave me cold.
Maybe it's just me but I suspect not. Anyway good luck to the seller on here and I hope one of us finds it to be the home of their family's dreams.
