In a way I would rather that he is not barred from being able to log on to see the site and the depth of ill-feeling that his actions have created. Obviously, if we can create enough of a dossier of evidence to be able to submit to police/court, I would love to see him brought to account. The ability to fund/time and energy to take on a court case is however not something I have in ready supply at the moment.

However, I mostly hope that there is enough of a groundswell of opinion through this site to ensure that Espen Jewhurst is effectively blackballed from operating in the NVN areas, or anywhere else for that matter.

MM - Please feel free to contact me to discuss building the dossier of evidence. I know that Morrison60 too is keen to see Protia brought to account, and I will gladly support with letters and evidence where I can.

Espen likes to portray the consummate professional and likes to refer to himself as 'Managing Director' whilst swanning around in his Protia van. In my experience, he is a cowboy who was in over his head. He is now a fraudster, going on criminal, hiding behind insolvency administrators.

Put simply he is a scumbag. He owes me money that is rightfully mine. He has money - photos on Twitter of him sunning himself in South Africa prove that he is not cash-strapped. He has Norwegian nationality - he is not a dual citizen as far as I recall. I expect if criminal proceedings were brought against him he would simply jump on a plane for Norway rather than answer questions in Court.

Does anyone know if anyone is living at 74 Taybridge Road? Surely if this were sold, we would be able to claim against the proceeds of the sale?

I am pleased to meet you all and know there are others. I recently did some air conditioning works in a cafe for Espen and guess what, he didnt pay up. I am currently in the process of suing him personally as all my correspondence with him was to Protia Group which does not exist and has never existed and is not linked to any of the limited companies. The contract which he had with the cafe was using the company Protia Heating and Plumbing Ltd. This is now in the process of being wound up so my solicitor informs me. My solicitor has dug up a lot on him and I now have a very strong case. I believe my solicitor is looking into reporting him to the authorities for fraud. I have a lot of info. I would be interesting and helpful to share some more.

Greenair, thank you for joining the thread. I'd personally be very interested to have an open discussion in person with you and everyone else on this thread. I am in contact with at least three other clients of Espen who had they not, like me, ended up so out of pocket, would be interesting in joining you in a legal route.

However, if we can assist with supplementary evidence to pursue a fraud conviction, this might help us get some recompense from the victims of crime act, or at least the satisfaction of seeing Espen serve his punishment. It might also actually get Wandsworth Trading Standards and the Police to take note. Hopefully they can get him out of Ibiza.

He is not in Ibiza, he is still at Taybridge Road. I went to school with him and he is a friend on Facebook so he is kindly providing me with regular updates of his where abouts and holidays.
