I moved to NY four years ago from Nappy Valley and we live in Port Washington, Long Island. It is a 40 minute commute from NYC, very beautiful and it is very much Nappy Valley by the sea. The schools are great (many people move out from NYC purely for the schools), homes are affordable and there is a great community with lots of young families. I would highly recommend it. We are about to move back to London and I will be really sad to leave it!
