Hen do in Nappy Valley - ideas please!

Postby lucybrady » Wed Jun 12, 2013 4:55 pm

Bit of a long shot, but just wondering if anyone has any bright ideas for hen do activities in Nappy Valley? Ideally not a pottery painting afternoon as it wouldn't really appeal to the hen! I've heard mention of a place where you can do pop videos in Clapham, but can't find the name of the company - does anyone know what this might be? Am basically up for suggestions for an afternoon to evening activity, before we go on to dinner / drinks. For about 15 women in their early (okay mid) 30s. Any suggestions very gratefully received!

Bunga Bunga could be fun for dinner and / or drinks. Cheesy but fun. They have private rooms.

You can do kayaking on the Thames from Chelsea for the afternoon activity if your group is the sporting type. It's great fun. I also did a burlesque class in Clapham Common for another hen do.
Also recommend Bunga Bunga - great laugh.

Hi there,

http://www.hen-night-fever.coxhXzsT5d.uk/
Links to a hen website where you can book iguana studios in Brixton for a music video but think you have to book through the hen website. I haven't gone there so can't comment but it may be what you're after.. Looks fun!

Also a bar on st johns hill called Jackson's may do cocktail making classes.. I have drunk them there and they're great but the amount consumed may mean I made this up!

If you're on st johns hill.. Don't be tempted by the BYO thai.. It is brilliant food but if you don't eat within the hour you will be frogmarched out!

Hope this helps a little..

' All about the girl' on Northcote Road is a great venue and caters for 'Hens' - a wide range of treatments are available and it can be hired out privately by arrangement, bring your own bubbles and nibbles too!

For a lovely intimate girly afternoon together before no doubt a wild night ahead!! Try Flavin's pretty vintage styled tea room on Trinity Road for a wonderful Afternoon Tea party. Welcome to byo champagne! Popular venue for hen parties and baby showers etc

Hi there,

We do fun Dance classes, maybe with your very own Patrick Swayze? Or record a song in our mobile studio that can be transported to you.

Take a look at the Weddings section of our website and feel free to get in touch if you want more info:
