Does anyone have a draft nanny contract they might be willing to share please? our new nanny starts in august and I would like to have something formal for her and us to ensure we are clear on the role and also all the other bits and pieces like sick pay etc.

Hi there,

I have worked as a Nanny and Maternity Nurse for over 22yrs and have copies of contracts. Is your nanny self employed or are you paying her tax and NI as the contracts are slightly different.
