Thought it would be helpful to share this gem with you all because I dont often feel so impressed with a service I want to share it! I just had my car serviced and sorted out at Inchcape Battersea, I didn't know they would do VW because they are Lexus officially. (I didn't even know they were there - under the bridge opposite Battersea Dogs Home!!) A friend suggested them when she'd had first rate service. The guy in charge is Jason and he could not do enough to help me. He had to call round other places to get parts for me late on Friday afternoon when I suddenly needed the car for Saturday. He was so polite and kind to me and my small people. I've been to do things with the car so many times and been dealt with by grumpy people, this was so refreshing! ...and not as expensive as I would have thought! I can't recommend them highly enough.
