My amazing nanny looking for ft job and potential share

My 3 year old will be going to nursery more or less full time from end-August but this is flexible depending on the new job my current nanny gets.
My English nanny is incredible - a perfect combination of loving, caring, teaching and discipline and she is so much fun! She's also a great cook. In the time she has worked for me I can honestly say I have not once thought of even a constructive criticism to make and as a result of her I have a very well mannered, bright, fun-loving and outgoing toddler that has a great vocabulary.
Ideally she is looking for a full time job in the Clapham/Balham area and I would love to do a nanny share one or two days a week if it were to work out with her new employers, but this is flexible.

Hello,

We are looking for a full time leave out nanny in Clapham for our three boys aged 2, 4 and 7 years old ( two of them going to school). We are a French family that has just relocated from the United States to London ( we have been living in New York for 6 years). We let behind us a wonderful nanny who had worked 6 years for us. We have the challenge of finding a similar wondercul nanny so that the transition for our children won't be too hard!! Our children speak both French and English.
