looking for beginner yoga classes

Hiya I am looking to join a beginners yoga class/ group near wandsworth common. If anyone knows of any it would be great if you could get in touch. Thanks :D

Hi there

Kasia yoga is great. I've done antenatal yoga and hatha yoga with her and she's very gentle and knowledgable.

Based at Vestry hall, 10A Wiseton Road, Wandsworth Common, London SW17

Email Kasia for more details (she doesn't have a website I don't think) - classes are currently on a summer break but recommence in Sept.

Try Lucy Paul's classes - all local and very suitable for beginners - have a look at her website www.swyoga.org for all class times and days.

Try Clare Daniell's classes at reCentre Health
You'll find her on yogiclare@gmail.com She has a very loyal following.
