Nursery dilemma

Postby SamT » Mon Aug 05, 2013 11:09 pm

I am going back to work in January but I don't know where I will be living as we are planning to move.

It could be near northcote road where I am now if i am still here, or tooting bec, Balham, southfields or earlsfield.

I will be looking for a nursery in January but have heard waiting lists are long and I don't know where to sign up since I don't know where I will be living. I don't have funds to put unlimited deposits down...

So, does anyone know a nursery that has branches in all these areas, or have any other bright ideas!

As yet I don't know how many days I am going back to work but I imagine will be four.... Any ideas would be very helpful.... :?:

Hi Scamp,

How old is your little one? I have two small nurseries, in Southfields, both very close to the tube station, so if you weren't living in Southfields it would be easily commutable. I am usually always full, but one is new hence there being some movement between nurseries and vacancies for January.

We also do not take deposits for parents registering interest. I am not sure why other nurseries do. We take a deposit when you sign contracts.

Have a look at www.jenniflowers.co.uk for further info/to get in touch.

All the best with your move and decision making!!!

Many thanks,
Jennifer

Hi Scamp,

There is a kidsunlimited nursery just off Northcote Road and since we have joined with Bright Horizons they also have a nursery in Southfields, Tooting Bec and a new nursery opening in Clapham Common.

I hope this helps!
