I know that Jamie Lloyd has posted on here recently and I just wanted to vouch for how good and effective his classes are. I have almost completed his Total Body Breakthroughs Fitness Camp on Wimbledon Common which focuses primarily on overall fitness and fat burning. The sessions are fun, different each time and best of all done and dusted before you can make any excuses for not going to the gym! In just 5 weeks, I feel fitter and have lost over half a stone. I have almost got my body back after 3 babies (the last one is 6 months old). I don't think that I will ever waste money on gym membership again. Jamie's sessions work!
The classes run from 6.15-7am (it's really not as bad as it sounds, and the common is glorious at that time) on Mondays, Weds and Fridays. There are about 10 of us in the group and I think it's fair to say that we're all become markedly fitter.
I've had a couple of personal training sessions too. During these, Jamie has mixed kettle bells, boxing and pilates (LOVE all three) and again, I can't recommend these enough. Definitely money well spent! Would love to do BuggyBells too but just not enough hours in the day...
