You may have heard of the Mummy Tummy Masterclass... a completely unique workshop session held monthly at Physio for All in Battersea & Chelsea...

Well it's been trademarked now & the 'MuTu System' is available for you ONLY at these sessions.

Check it out here!

PS. The MuTu Masterclass is for *All Mums* not just newly postnatal ones... because the tummy often hasn't gone by 9 months after baby is born! ;)

9 months! 18 months and counting more like! What I lack in strtch marks I more than make up for with sagging skin and attractive top of pants over hang! Anything to get rid of that is interesting!

Exactly! This is why I don't like to call what I do 'postnatal' ... because the physiologiocal effects of pregnancy, childbirth & mothering do NOT go away once we are no longer considered 'postnatal'.

The medical profession signs us off as 'just like everyone else now', but we're not. We're mums. Who had babies. And now our tummies need specific help, not generic exercise & diet plans.

The class is for MUMS. Regardless of how long ago you had you babies (my record is putting back together the tummy of a mother of teenagers!).

Would love to see you there! :)
