I am looking to fix up our side return and am deciding between paving and artificial grass. Want the most cost effective and low maintenance, as property will shortly be rented out. Any advice and recommendations for contractors please?

If you use artificial grass it will look very odd as grass wouldn't grow in that much shade - best to save grass for somewhere it could pass for the real thing

Paving is the most low maintenance option too - www.londonstone.com are a good supplier and good value too
