Mondays 10.00am - 11.00am
Aerobics

Wednesdays 5.15pm - 6.15pm
Dance Aerobics

Wednesdays 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Body Shaper Circuits

Fridays 12.30pm - 1.30pm
