You know, to lose weight, I tried so many different plans, both for 21 days a month and for several months. In short, there is only one way out, you need a properly balanced diet and training, and this should be every day regularly, there is no other way. Also, since I love sweets, the company that brings me food to my home makes very cool keto cakes, which I am simply delighted with, and you know, I am not drawn to any unhealthy food at all. I just stick to the nutrition plan, and good training with a trainer in the gym, and my weight goes away, and my well-being and health are much better.
