At least, it's a blatant request, not couched behind hidden language and a sense of social purpose (don't tell anyone but I was a TV producer before having my daughter...). At least those signing up won't be under any illusions of how they will be portrayed. Would like to know which TV company is making it though and for which channel. The information is scarce and not sure about the poor spelling - in my day (she said leaning on her walking stick), we would have been hauled across the coals for that... but then I did work on documentaries and not reality tv...

Yes swallowsandamaZons I was also in the wonderful world of telly pre-kids and instantly thought this was a hoax. Bad spelling and yahoo address. And also no clue as to what prod co or channel...? I smell a hoax!

I admit I do enjoy the odd Real Housewives of OC with a cuppa and biscuit but can't quite see the real housewives of battersea being in the same league as the OC version - sun, sand and endless glasses of champagne by the pool or at the plastic surgeons vs rain, mud, traffic jams and the NHS!
