Sorry to hijack OP but just wondered if someone could clarify

when nanny costs are quoted eg £120 per day or £10 per hour would the full cost to the employer be plus employer's national insurance at 13.8% or would it be plus all the deductions ie income tax, employee's national insurance and employer's national insurance?
