Details: Each of the twelve 75 minute sessions will include a physical yoga practice, a meditation or mindfulness theme set within the context of pregnancy and birth.
Course materials:
Course participants will receive individual feedback and support as a key aspect of this course.
Every full course participant will receive a FREE audio file of Mindfulness meditations.
After all the course participants have given birth, there will be one further FREE postnatal gathering to debrief the New Mother experience.

Nadia Raafat teaches Hatha Yoga, Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga, Postnatal and Mindful Birth Preparation.
She has been teaching in London for eleven years. A resident yoga teacher at Battersea Yoga, She also practices as a Birth Doula.
Whether guiding a Hatha Yoga Class, a Pregnancy Class or a Mindful Birthing Course, Nadia’s intention is to cultivate presence and self-awareness in the practitioner. Her teaching approach is mindful with an emphasis placed on establishing and maintaining an embodied awareness and receptivity throughout.
