Brindisa Hildreth Street will have new delights on offer from the 8th May.
We’re excited to launch three Spanish Ploughmans, each one highlighting one of our specialities - farmhouse cheese, cured meats or premium preserved fish. As well as a new menu of hot and cold drinks to accompany them.
Try perfectly sliced chorizo and salchichon with a beer and a bowl of marcona almonds, delicate tiny sardines with a hunk of fresh sour dough and a glass of dry sherry or savour the famous manchego cheese with a square of quince with a glass of smooth red wine.
Make your own pan con tomate, the perfect accompaniment to your ploughman’s: we provide you with bread and tomato on your tray and then you help yourself to garlic, olive oil and salt.
