Can anyone recommend a window cleaner who will do the outside of a Victorian house with 2nd floor dormer windows and also do the interiors?

I'm looking for some occasional IT help on an ad hoc basis, someone I could maybe pay for by the hour - that sort of thing.  This would be just for personal, non business related things, e.g. I want to start a blogpost on a general site but don't know how to go about it.  I'm OK with the computer basics, just not very confident so just need someone to maybe be looking over my shoulder and telling me if I'm doing it right or wrong.  Would rather have a professional IT person to help me rather than someone's whizzo teenager who wants to earn some pin money, good though they may be!  In fact, if I had my own teenager then I wouldn't have to send this post!
