2 Bedroom Flat for Rent - SW18

We have a 2 bed Garden flat, in Godley Road, SW18 which is available from Mid March. Available for short term let, has been used lots for people doing big building projects or longer term lets as well. Please let me know if you know anyone who is interested. Part furnished or unfurnished.  Perfect for 2 professionals long term or family of four for short term refurb rental.  If doing short term then all bills excluding broadband/sky are included in the rent.

We've actually found long term tenants.  I'm just going through the reference checking as we speak, so unfortunately it is no longer available.
