Hello Biome - I suggest the first thing you do is get an up-to-date security certificate on your website.

Then you might be able to publish the regulatory approvals that you have received for your test and your prices.

As an NHS doctor this concerns me - there are no details of the test used and relative sensitivity and specificity of the test. We have extensive experience of different testing methods with the relative advantages and disadvantages of each. The £200 fee for information that may not be accurate seems very expensive.

Agreed. These ‘home testing’ kits are not accurate. A friend of mine had one done which came back negative and then was fortunate enough to be tested on NHS the next day which showed positive
