I have used Vitor recommended above for other jobs - he's good but relatively expensive.
For  painting/decorating, I can highly recommend Andrius - he did lots of work for me and my friends. Painting a bathroom suite / tiles is a decorating job, it just means using a different type of paint. 07900 88 55 46
