Hello!  Any recommendations for builders for roof repair / replacement for kitchen side return?

Context:  we are moving into a property with some ivy damage to the side return roof. The extent of the damage is unclear at the moment - we've been advised by the surveyor that we will need to hack off the ivy and erect a scaffold to get a proper view.  If the damage is significant (or the price is right), we would be keen to replace the current small sky lights with a more modern larger glass panel / full glass roof

Quality recommendations (or inspirations for a new roof) greatly appreciated!

Series A roofing. Highly recommended! On the more expensive side but you get high quality in return.

I second Series A Roofing. They do the job properly which in the long run is much more cost effective.

Heya I highly recommend APT Renovation! they did amazing work to our place and they specialise in extensions and im sure they can also do some roofing requirements. They amazing to deal with and super professional. If you google APT Renovation Ltd you should see them. Good luck with your build :)

Dave is the contractor for several building companies in the area, get him direct much cheaper. Cannot recommend him enough for value and expertise, any roof job big or small, glittering etc known him many years and he is my number 1 guy. 07956 601 048

In case you still need help or someone is browsing older threads to find information I would like to recommend Top Dog Home Pro. My brother fully replaced his roof with them and I just recently had new gutters installed with their help. Working with them is very easy and transparent. The workers are nice and very friendly. I made friends with some of them and they helped me with my garden projects unrelated to their job. They helped me with the roof of my orchid growbed in their free time but for a fee. Hope this helps someone
