Floor Sander Wanted

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good floor sander? We’re looking to sand and paint a lounge floor previously carpeted.

Any tips/advice/recommendations gratefully received.

We had the downstairs oak floors refinished after building work. Tim Hobern and his team did a great job - minimal disruption and dust .
