Forward Partners are looking for a part time Office Coordinator, 20 hours a week, to join the FP team!
This role is fully flexible and can be worked as mornings only or 3 full days or an alternative pattern that better suits you.
The role includes:
Managing all internal office affairs, making sure things run smoothly day to day
Being the first point of contact for all visitors and office related queries for the team
Managing purchases and stock levels for the office
We have a healthy plant collection so making sure they are watered regularly.
Working with our Head of People to onboard new starters
Providing admin support to our MD
Forward are less than a 10 minute walk from Old Street station so if you're based in 'NappyValley' this would be an easy commute!
