Hi,

I'm Trish Cummings, the Southwark and Lambeth franchisee for Sing and Sign's babysigning music classes.

I'm running a free taster session this Wednesday (27th July) at 3 p.m. at St Anne's and All Saints, South Lambeth Road, SW8 for parents who are interested to find out more about babysigning and the Sing and Sign experience.

For September, I'm running a Wednesday (11 a.m.) and Thursday (10 a.m.) Stage 1 class (suitable for babies of 6 - 12 months) at St Anne's and All Saints. I also run classes in Herne Hill and Streatham (Thursdays and Fridays) respectively.

[before anyone starts getting worried or suspicious about my post please let me assure you that this is entirely unsolicited by sing and sign!!!!]

Just wanted to say that I did sing and sign with my twins for about 9 months from the age of about 6 months.

We all loved the classes (well, me especially!) - they are well run and great fun. We did ours at its a kids thing in Earlsfield but I'm sure the lambeth one will be jut as good!

So, thought I'd mention this in case you were looking at this and wondering whether to attend or not.

And, if you have twins, you only had to pay for one baby, not two which was brilliant since most other places don't even offer a sibling discount.

Twice_as_nice - that's very kind of you. I know Vicki Rogers well (I've been going just a shade longer than her - over 7 years now!). I'm delighted that you're happy to recommend me "unseen" .

As any one who's been to my classes knows, I'm utterly passionate about signing with babies and I'm committed to making families' Sing and Sign classes their favourite experience of the week.

I LOVE introducing new families to Sing and Sign/babysigning - it's amazing how much even very young babies have to say and how many opinions they have!

And yes, you're right - we charge the same for twins as we do for singletons - otherwise it becomes a barrier for parents of multiples, who seem to benefit highly from babysigning.
