It’s the law to call the dog warden and get the chip checked. The owners will be very worried I am sure and will be checking with the dog warden and local vets.

Please let us know what’s happening with the dog. Hopefully you are just joking about keeping her. It’s the law - you must report all lost dogs to the police or take them to a vet. That dog must be missing her owners and I’m sure they’re very worried. Please respond.

Hi there, Please call the Wandsworth Dog Warden on 07860 534733 who will come and check the chip. Secondly Wandsworth Council advice for stray dogs (classified as any dog without an owner) is very good but I can't post as it's an external link and blocked by NV. Has the owner turned up?
